    The location was particularly good, so close to a wonderful cafe with delicious Godiva Belgian chocolate and pastries, archipelago on one side and the beach and easily accessible. It was 2 km from Five Guys, offering quick-service food.

    Location: the hotel was not far from Qasr al Watan on the other and a wonderful cafe with delicious Godiva Belgian chocolate and Abu Dhabi. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of meals;)))

    It was just a smart choice for strolling around in Abu Dhabi with reasonable value. The beach area needed more cleaning, a little disappointing. Bring water shoes to avoid hurting your feet on the rocky entrance to the sea.

    Wonderful, spacious and comfortable room.

    Our experience was horrendous. The breakfast area was overcrowded. The overall cleanliness and finishings were appalling, especially the deteriorating wood on the entrance door. Quality of food was disappointing, it felt mass-produced and unappealing, not at all what I expected from a hotel of this caliber. Reception was always chaotic with a long wait, there wasn't enough staff.

    The dining experience was a real feast for foodies! From the freshly grilled meats at the barbecue to the good afternoon pastries, every meal was a flavor fiesta. Location-wise, you can't beat being just a hop away from Marina Mall, perfect for a quick shopping spree!

    What stopped me from rating this a 10 was the deposit debacle. They put a hold of 800 AED on my card, and a week later, the refund is still nowhere in sight. I wish I had received updates or responses from the hotel about this.

    The hotel offers fantastic facilities with a superb swimming pool, and I appreciated the elegant and spacious reception area. My room overlooking the pool was neat and comfortable. Breakfast really impressed me with its variety and delicious options. The atmosphere felt light and fun, especially with the live band at night and the engaging animation team. The check-in process could be improved. I felt ignored by some reception staff who were busy on their screens. The dining experience at the buffet needs better organization. During dinner, we struggled to find a table as it was overcrowded, and there seemed to be no one managing the seating arrangements. I was also disappointed with the beach area. It lacked proper upkeep and the service there was weak. Lastly, there were some issues with the in-room dining setup, including outdated QR codes and inconsistent menu pricing. Despite these inconveniences, I enjoyed my stay at Rixos Abu Dhabi and would consider returning for the amenities and overall vibe.

    A Nice Family Getaway

    We enjoyed an excellent stay with quick check-in and smooth service. The food, especially at Vero Italiano, delighted our taste buds, and the dance performances in the lobby added a fun touch. Mr Furkan's hospitality made everything even better! A tip, try the Antidote bar for great cocktails.

    would definitely stop here again

    We got upgraded to a suite on the 30th floor with amazing sea views. The all-inclusive option was totally worth it! The breakfast had freshly baked pastries, and the beach was pristine. Amazing staff and awesome family-friendly activities kept the kiddos entertained. The pool area was great too, and the spa offered fantastic massages.
